Can I come and see the lights before buying?
Unfortunately, our business is completely online and we do not display our products in any showrooms or at our office address. However, we can provide you with additional details, photographs, etc to help you make a fully informed decision.
What are your payment methods?
We use a very reliable payment gateway by Payumoney where you can make your payments using credit/debit cards and netbanking. For Mumbai, we also have a cash-on-delivery option.
What is the refund policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied. We only issue refunds if our furniture & other items have been damaged during shipping, have been misrepresented on our website description or although very unlikely, the order has been mixed up. Any damage or misrepresentation must be brought to our notice within 2 weeks of delivery along with photographic evidence. The item to be returned or exchanged will have to be shipped back to our warehouse in Mumbai. Once the item is received, we will refund the cost of the item excluding shipping charges, if any.

Are bulbs included in the fixtures?
Unless integrated in the design of the fixture itself, the bulbs are typically not a part of the light. However, we can help you procure the bulbs from a third party platform or buy it for you at an additional cost. In the case of the latter, we do not take any responsibility for damages to the bulbs during shipping.
Do you manufacture these lights?
No, we do not manufacture these lights. What we showcase here, has been sourced primarily from China & Europe. We do however, take great care to ensure that everything we procure is of the highest quality and design.
